I purchased a gift certificate from Adam for 2 details that I was told I could use on my SUVs. I then called weeks in advance to schedule an appointment. When the day came I was waiting only to have a no show by Adam and with no call or explanation as to why he didn't make it. I tried numerous times to get a hold of him to no avail. I left a review on Yelp and he in the past few weeks responded wanting to correct the situation. I set up an appointment for 12/17/13. Believe it or not, he didn't show nor did he call. I called several times trying to get through, but again to no avail. I believe that he had no intention of honoring the gift certificates. Highly unprofessional!
