Services paid in full and repairs not completed:
Paid $3,400 + for window replacement and installation. A defective garden window was installed. I contacted Tom Healy about defect day after installation and he told me to take it up with window manufacturer. He had already been paid in full and was no longer interested in making sure that the window repair was taken care of. Installation was made on 10-19-09 and to this day he refuses to come and replace the defective window and replace the glass to the picture frame that was broken on the day of installation.
