Can I select a zero star review? No...so I'm stuck with giving them one star which makes me sick to have to do. They are crooks. I purchased a "brand new" fireplace from them and straight out of the box it wouldn't work at all. Wouldn't even turn on. They suggested I contact the manufacturer...which I did. The manufacturer told me that the unit was over 5 years old and they wouldn't do anything. Well this fraudulent company Addco ElectricFireplaces refused to do anything and kept my money. I have a worthless unit and they have my money. DO NOT purchase from this company as you are likely to get an old defective unit and they'll just keep your money.
