This company is difficult to deal with. There is no accountability because the repair people are not employees of the company. The company seems to be only a broker. I called them to repair my dryer. The dryer worked for only a couple of loads after it was supposedly repaired. They never truly fixed it. I asked for a refund, but only got a partial one. I had to get someone else to do it. Don't waste tyour time.
