Take your car there at your own risk!!! First of all, they promised to call to give me a update on the car since I dropped it off on a Friday, but they never called. I asked if there are any types of rebate on the labor (since many of their competitors offered some sorts of rebate on the labor to reduce the financial stresses on the car owners during the accident such as the deduction from the insurance and the increase on their insurance premium after the accident), they told me that they will look into it, but also never get back to me on it. Worse of all, when I was on my way to their shop, one of the tire went flat, and i called them to see if I should be to a tire shop to fix the flat first, they told me on the phone to "go ahead and bring the car in, they will take care of it" so I took the car in there, BUT THEY NEVER FIX THE FLAT, and they didn't tell me about the tire is still flat, instead they pump the tire and never mention that it wasn't fixed!!! How unethical and irresponsible!!! I have to find out about the flat not being fixed on my own while i was driving on the freeway a week later!!! Seriously, how does they even stay open for this long. They claimed that they gives updates on Tue and Thur but I have to call them to find out what exactly they are doing to the car and when it will be ready for pick up. They are a week late from the date that they promised and they call me the same day that they want me to pick-up the car. How disorganized!!! I had my car fixed there back in February and I am still so so p@!%!d about them. Since my insurance have already paid them and everything is already said and done, I can't get the justice and the compensation that I deserved in any way, so I am telling YOU to be careful with this horrible shop. The negative feelings that I get this the body shop is even worse than the actual accident!!! « Hide
