Stay away from this one:

Dr. Cummings did my veneers at a cost of over $18,000.00. They began to break off less than a month after I got them. Dr. Cummings is charging over $1,000.00 for each veneer that needs to be replaced (an additional $6,000 in costs).
Dr. Cummings does NOT stand behind his extremely costly work.
I would not recommend Advanced Dental Health to anyone.
