Unless you have a real emergency, and can pay a few thousand up front, don't even bother. And if your pet dies because you're poor, sucks to be you. They won't care, and they won't even discuss a payment plan..

Because they are all about the money. Not only did they tell me they had cleared my cat's blockage (they hadn't), they charged me $400 for NO RESULT. My cat came home in the same condition as when I took him in. Uncaring, and a complete lack of compassion.

When I called to tell them that my cat was no better, just a few hours after they had discharged him and told me he was fine, the tech was completely uncaring. Instead of suggesting that I bring him back to actually do the work they claimed they had done, and not charge me again she went out of her way to point out that, because I was unable to pay them in one lump sum, up front, it was my fault.

My cat is still in pain. He is still blocked. He went in blocked, and he came out blocked. They did not help him AT ALL.
