Advocare Township Pediatrics

New to the area and chose this office for my children. I went in and filled out a release of receords form. They fax these forms and I didn't provide a fax number. No one called or wrote to ask for one. So the forms sat in a bin. I called to inquire and the person who could help me was off. I called back and she told me that she needed a fax number. I asked how come no one called to ask. They fax the forms over and receive information but not want they wanted. Again, no one contacted me to say this even though someone was suppposed to call to schedule an appointment. This place SUCKS!!!
