Wiring Harness Pros:
These guys are top-notch professionals—I couldn’t have been more pleased with the work and the service I received. The people at Aeromotive fixed a very tricky wiring problem with my 95 Honda Accord V6 with a very fast turn-around time and for a reasonable price, saving me a lot of money over what the dealership was going to charge. Jonathan, the technician, really knew his stuff and took the time to explain what the issues were and how they arrived at their conclusion. Karl the supervisor was obviously a genuine expert on wiring harnesses and quickly traced the problem to a botched removal of a remote starter installed by my car’s previous owner which no one else I’d taken it to had been able to figure out. The owner Jim and Kurt the service manager were really friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, offering me rides and arranging towing, and getting needed parts expedited. After they completed the work, they even sent my car to a mechanic nearby for a complete checkup since I had explained I was about to drive cross-country to start a new job. I felt really taken care of and that the Aeromotive crew was committed to solving my issue and doing the job right.
For the record, the other review makes no sense. Why did he leave his vehicle for two weeks after it was fixed? They aren't able to garage vehicles for that long so that his lack of action gave them no choice but to park it outside. His neglect in picking up his vehicle for two whole weeks was likely how the damage occurred, not when the technicians were fixing his van.

My van was damaged while in their care:
Thanks for leaving black marks all over my front bumper where the repairs had to be made through the headlight. I don't know if they will come out.
Thanks for not using a fender protector so the paint on my fender where the repairs were made collected some scratches.
Thanks for forgetting to plug the wiring harness back into the drivers side headlight. I thought my van was still broken, but I figured it out. Too bad I am unable to bill you $100 for the diagnostic.
Thanks for not checking the dashboard lights even though that was a specific complaint. They didn't work, and I was able to trace the problem to a blown fuse. Again, it is too bad I am unable to bill you $100 for the diagnostic.
There was no damage or marks on my van when it was picked up by the towing company you work with.
There was damage and marks on my van when I picked it up from your shop two weeks later.
The paint damage may come out, the tape marks may come off, but the dents will always remind me of the wonderful service I received. There was no wiring work performed in that location, but the dents did not exist when my vehicle was picked up from my house. Yet, "nothing" happened, and there they are today.
It must be nice to be in a business where all you have to do is deny everything and screw over the customer.
I will use every opportunity I have to tell everyone I can about the wonderful "value added" service I have received from Aeromotive Corporation located at 2612 W Barry Ave in Chicago.
