First off, Mario took the time to understand our needs and build a gate that works for our family.
After the gate was installed, we had a lightning strike near the house followed by a power failure that we thought killed the electronics in the opener.
I called Mario and he walked me through a simple procedure to reset the electronics and like magic, the gate was working great again.
