Affordable Locksmith

It started with the "locksmith" guys - which were two people that didn't even speak English so I couldn't communicate with them. They did however communicate that it would be $180 and I laughed and told them I'm not paying that and I will find someone else because I'm not paying more than $100 what did they say...."oh, we can do it for $100". I thought - I guess - they are already here. Then these locksmiths didn't even have a light and asked for a flashlight from me! I have a 99 so it shouldn't have been that hard to get into my car. But it took these two at least 45 minutes to get into my car. One was smoking in my driveway while the other was trying to get into my car. Then they had trouble getting my keys out of the ignition and when they did - they screwed something up because I couldn't get the key in. At this point I was furious and obviously an hour and a half late. Then I go to grab my phone off my car after they left and my phone was gone. I called it and they answered my phone and spoke in their language and hung up I tried again and they didn't answer. I called the receptionist and she said they took my phone because of all the drama. She said if I wouldn't have been yelling they wouldn't have been flustered and took my phone. Of course I was yelling - it was a joke but I never used any foul language. Do you have any idea how frustrating it is to have all this go wrong and not be able to communicate with the people! So apparently because I yelled at them they stole my phone?? I called her back after I got to work and I told her I wasn't happy with everything that went on and the whole thing was VERY unprofessional and asked to talk to her supervisor or the owner because I was not happy with the service or customer service she was giving me and she put me on hold and got back on the phone and said she was the supervisor! I think this company should be looked into. The add says Affordable Locksmith - the receipt says 24/7 Locksmith and they have at least 3 different phone numbers and two different addresses (that I've found so far). My daughter also called to get an estimate and she was told $35 for a service fee and $45 for Labor. I was told $180 from the beginning - and $85 dollars (my daughters quote) is a far cry from $180 (what I was told to pay).
