Now working under Nichols Home Improvement out of Middlesex, NJ. Came to our house unannounced to drum up business (painting trim and power wash cedar shakes. We were skeptical. He kept lowering his price. We said OK to just paint the trim after power washing and scraping for $800. Never took our phone number. Said he would do it all the next day. (You can't power wash and paint in same day!)
Shows up next day for 45 min. spritzes under eaves for a few minutes without power washer and leaves.
Leaves contract taped to front door. Says he will come out and paint next day. Shows up with claim that he power washed and is ready to start painting.
We told him he didn't power wash and sent him on his way. Do not hire this guy.
