This woman, Genine Scully took my money (I even paid her extra) and only came once on the first day of our out of town trip for a single pet sitting visit even though she promised to come 2 X per day over the course of the 3 1/2 days we were out of town. When we came home, my cats were starving and had no food or water at all, their litter box had not been cleaned, my mail had not been brought in from my mail box, and my newspapers had not been brought in, either. In other words, she completely neglected to do what she had promised and paid to do and left my house and my pets to rot instead of doing what she was supposed to and had agreed to do. How could someone do this to poor defenseless animals? For goodness sake, do NOT make the same mistake I did and entrust your home and your pets to this completely irresponsible, greedy, and uncaring person whose only response to me when I confronted her about what had happend and why she had left my cats without food and water for days (not to mention not doing any of the rest of what she had agreed to) was to lie straight to my face about it even when presented with all of the obvious and compelling evidence that she had not and say that she had come and done everything she was supposed to. MY CATS COULD HAVE DIED BECAUSEO F THIS WOMANS COMPLETE LACK OF CARE. DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN OR HER "SERVICE" as she is completely unreliable and is not at all worthy of your trust and will leave your pets to starve or die of hunger and thirst. I am still in shock that she did this to my poor cats. My God, what if our trip out of town had been for a week or more instead of only 3 1/2 days? My pets would certainly been sick or might have even died from this woman's neglect and deriliction of duty and lack of care. If you need more details, feel free to email me at [email protected].
