Reasonably priced conveyor-belt style sushi:
You sit at a bar, the sushi comes around on continuous loop of boats floating on a water channel. Pick off the plate you want, and the color of the plate dictates what you pay for each item. For those in a hurry, and if you only want to eat a small amount, this is is a good option. Also, this is great if you want to inspect the sushi first.
The service is acceptable. The staff appear to be from Taiwan, and while it's not authentic japanese it's pretty good and I've always been satisfied with my selections. If you get a tempura-fried item, be sure to wait until a fresh batch gets placed on the boats - otherwise you'll get stuck with one that might be cold.
