They did come out on time and charged me the advertised $89 charge, but then added $146 for a part I can order for under $40 and used a 370 volt capacitor to replace the 440 volt unit that was in the air conditioner. I am very concerned that this will lead to reduced life for the new part and have them back out to replace it again.

Most people would not spend time checking the rating on the part, so they probably would get a positive for fixing the A/C so fast.

I am very upset!
