Airport Limousine

I made arrangments with the owner regarding the price, payment terms & pick up time. The day before the event a representative of other owner called to pick up payment which of course was much MORE than I agreed to pay the other owner. Of course, I refused to pay more or to pay before the agreed time. The next day, Sedan on Demand arrived LATE & demanded payment before take off. They were then paid in full before the event that we arrived to LATE! After the event the driver in one of the limos rushed us stating he had another pick up before the limo was scheduled to be relased. We were so dissapointed we let both Sedan on Demand limos leave. After being dropped off at the original pick up point we drove our own vehicles back to the final destination only to follow both Sedan on Demand limos right past our drop off location. Finally, a passenger who rode in the other limo had this to say about her driver: "my driver said he had been with the company for over a year and complained;" "I don't understand why they want the money up front when half the time I don't get paid on time! They owe me money now!" Also, one of the other limo services we also used for the same event said he had been sub-contracted out to Sedan on Demand and waited several months to get paid. Sedan on Demand is NOT a good limousine service unless you like being LATE, RUDE DRIVERS and INCREASES IN PRICES just before the event! I have coordinated events for more than 22 years and have used limo services since I started 22 years ago. Sedan on Demand is the worse limo service I've ever used. I'd rather walk than use Sedan on Demand!
