Dont make a HUGE mistake ! They will make unauthorized charges to your credit card and let you drive poorly maintain, old, dangerous vehicles.There is NO customer service at all. They have mastered the art of ripping people off and not being accountable for anything.

renting a vehicle at this place was my worst nightmare. No one can give you a straight answer..they need to email the owner. No one with any say is at the tiny kiosk in downtown San Diego. No where on the contract does it say if you are late bringing the car back they charge you a full day. I was 30 minutes late due to traffic I was charged an extra $102.86. Your credit card is not safe with them. they will charge it without consulting you. The truck I rented was dented, the radio barely worked, mirror would not stay up, gas gauge faulty and the windshield wipers were falling apart.On top of that they tried to say I damaged the vehicle when it was clearly marked by their own people on the contract. Make sure to cover all damage IN WRITING if you HAVE to use these people. They seem like a bunch of con artists.
