If i could give this place no stars I would. First I will start off by saying that i got an unweaned baby from this store the day they got it from the breeder. This baby got sick fast and dies. Im in the middle of waiting for results from a top notch lab, however after a necropsy the vet said the baby had a defect and was bought sick from the breeder. I reached out to both the husband and wife. They were all for working something out whatever that may have been untill i started doing research and trying to find the breeder she came from in case she had something that other babies should have been tested for. I guess i found the right breeder as i received a very nasty email from drew telling me they will no longer do anything for me and was a complete rude person with no heart what soever. I am now out 1850 as i never received my cage either and im out vet bills as i did everything possible to save her. The wife said all babies are tested from the breeder I have yet to see this paperwork. Dont ever buy an unweaned baby from here unless they can show you all results that baby is not sick. I never not once put the blame on this store as they would have not know the baby was sick since she was not there long enough to know. I have proof from my vet this is not anything i did or in my care this is how the bird came. I tried to tell drew this but he just got even more ignorant to me. However watch what you sign with them as the contract states if the bird falls ill gets injured or dies in my care it does not state anything about conditions prior to buying it and not to mention 1400 for an unweaned baby i feel like i have been completely let down by this place and taken for a run with my money. If you can go to an actual breeder and have all your birds tested you never know. I am now out of my hard earned money and a baby not to mention how heart broken me and my family are and drew had no heart at all but i guess that goes to show you you never know what your gonna get when ur not directly dealing with a breeder. I NEVER BLAMED THE STORE BUT SINCE THEY ACTED IN SUCH MANOR SHAME ON THEM
P.S NOT TO MENTION DREW SAID THAT MY KIDS DROPPED THE BIRD AND THIS IS WHY THERE WAS FLUID AROUND HER HEART ENLARGED SPLEEN PALE LIVER AND SWOLLEN BELLY... IM SORRY YOUR NOT A VET GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT... my kids never handled the bird i was the only one that cared for it. The necropsy is showing heart/liver failure and disease so i dont know where one who has no degree in medicine for animals can such such horrid things... Brakes my heart how someone can be so heartless.

The first red flag should be that the business owner is always standing out front smoking. Their birds are raised in their home all I could think was great so the birds are raised around smoke, I'm sure that's healthy. Then to hear the way this man spoke to people on the phone swearing about them after he hung up was just completely un-professional. I overheard him discussing his dept in great detail and how he's not paying this or that and that was the final red flag for me to not purchase from them as I have no way to really know if this place will even be open in a year and what if I have a problem with my pet, they will be long gone
