I purchased the with the agreement that the sunroof would get fixed and the moment I drove it off of the lot, the check engine light came on. After having the diagnosis done myself, they agreed to pay for the repair, Neso made verbal agreements and promises that the car was in "great condition". 3 days later the inside handle on the door broke, to which Alex said "We will take care of it when we get it in for the 02 sensor" After weeks of reaching out to them wanting to know when they would come to pick up the car, I finally got an answer from the owner (Neso). They couldn't pick the car up as they had agreed to, and needed me to drop it off. I arrange to have it dropped off on Thursday evening, and did not hear from them on friday until I reached out to them at 8 PM. I was told to pick the car up at 3PM on the following Saturday. I arrive at 3, the doors are locked, no one is at the lot, and none of the numbers I was given to contact are answering. After 10 minutes, I finally speak to the owner who lets me know that the car will not be done until 5, and tells me that I should have called before coming. Mind you this is the same person who told me it would be done by 3. I composed my self, and the car didn't end up being finished until 5:30. The sunroof is still not repaired, and now the owner Neso is refusing to repair the door as his man agreed too. You couls tell when looking at the screws holing the door skin on that they had been taken off before, so they had addressed the issue just long enough for me to pay for the car and take it off of the lot. My 30 tags are expired, and I STILL have not received the title to my car. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General.

I purchased a car from this company. It had faults immediately that were not apparent on test drive,That's understandable there maybe issues as its a used car. When I reported this loud continuous beep along with other issues (malfunctioning airbag and brakes) and asked for it to be fixed they said it would "resolve itself", I took it to a certified mechanic same day and had it reviewed and have him turn off the beep. I called / texted / emailed to ask them fix the problems. My calls and texts were ignored for days. When he got back to me he said he nobody was in the office, which was a lie as I was calling him on his mobile along with text messages.
They promised me temp plates but gave me a car without temp plates. I was naive as I have just moved from Ireland to USA.The car is a nice car, and I'm sure the issues are easily fixed. But to be ignored is frustrating, and to have a car sitting outside your house and I cannot drive it is even more frustrating. Prior to taking the car,the guy seemed like a very nice guy but at end of the day I am a unhappy customer and he knew it. Very unprofessional to ignore calls / texts / emails. I am told it is very bad form to sell a car without giving temp plates.

To date:The car issues were not resolved, car is still sitting there, I have not rec'd temp plates, or extra key, my calls and texts are being ignored.So if you want to be treated like dirt after kindly giving them your business, well this is the place for you.......
