Bad service:

Was told by service personnel that they would return to my home at 0830 the following morning. At 1100 contacted Alameda Pro-Rooter was told that they were on another job and would get there afterword. Told service rep that I had lost 3 hours of work because of plumbers not showing up at stated time. I asked what sort of discount I could expect - the man laughed. Personnel showed up around 1200 and completed job full price.
