We ordered 2 end tables and 2 lamps back in December of 2007. Our order was to be delivered within 4-6 weeks. We've called every week to check on the status of our order. They would either never answer the phone or we would get the run around saying that they would call us back with a delivery date. They never called us back ever. We've stopped by at least twice and spoken to Jeff Hill. He would always tell us that he will get this taken care of and that it should be on the next shipment. It's been 4 months now, so I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB wrote us back saying that they could not resolve our case as Alaya Decor is out of business. So my husband and I decided to drive down there today to see for ourselves if they truly were out of business. I'm thankful that I purchased our order on my credit card so hopefully we will get out money back.

They have stolen our money and closed their store. They are probably setting their next trap so do not do business with Jeff Hill or Selene Hill anywhere.

Shopping made easy, they have everything you need in one place. I always save money, and my furniture always looks great because they help me with measurements first. You can find great things in the showroom on clearance or scratch and dent.

I love to visit Alaya Deocr. The showroom is absolutely beautiful! Whenever I need anything for my home I always go there first, and usually they have exactly what I need at a cheaper price than everywhere else. Everything that I have bought from there looks like a million bucks. Check them out!!
