Alba is the successor to the critically acclaimed Full Moon Grill, which owner Rick Stein opened in 1992. The Full Moon became one of Boulder's best-loved restaurants, renowned for its delicious food, friendly and attentive service, and its acclaimed wine list. Alba, formerly known as Full Moon Grill, has moved to a new location in the Village Shopping Center. The new name reflects owners Rick and Susan Stein s passion for the food and wines of Italy, particularly the area around the city in Piemonte for which the restaurant is named.
