Find A Better Option:
Yes they have a beautiful showroom and helpful sales people...but...
They do not provide direct installation or service.
You need to arrange installation with one of their recommended providers.
Since we knew this up front I was aware of the installation cost and accepted that. (we purchased two log sets)
BEWARE! Subsequently we are having a warranty covered problem requiring on site service . Logs only a few months old.
Expecting this to be quickly handled we were surprised the warranty service call labor will not be covered by the service provider we paid to install them.
The service provider plainly stated that if we had purchased the fireplace from THEM they would cover the labor.
Albers won't cover that cost.
Think twice and hard before buying here.
I recommend shopping the store and then finding a dealer that both sells and services the item of choice.
If I had known this I would have purchased from a vendor that also provides direct service.
