Stay away from this real estate management! As a home owner who has been using them for the last 2 years I have found them to be utterly non responsive and rude when they do respond. Stay AWAY ! I have been complaining about a neighbor who has been literally renovating his apartment since he moved in 4 years ago. It’s weird of course but I have only complained because he paints and varnishes on the weekends and in the evenings when my family is home!! The managing agent does nothing. They wont even return my emails. They seem to be working only for him and do not respond to my complaints of his micro aggressions. If I could i would fire them - my neighbor owns more shares in this building than I do so he uses them as his own personal bully. STAY AWAY
