I have never had this happen before so I have never done this but feel I needed to respond to the above review. I have been in business in Pinellas Park for 24 years and never had a complaint quite like this ( actually it's my first ) and people know me know this is not how I operate or I would not be in business very long since my business mostly consist of repeat business because flags, banners and pennants don't last forever. If there every is an issue I always always make the customer happy whatever it takes. John called to get pennants installed said he liked the ones on Park blvd. on the other side on 66th street at another car lot and asked me if they your legal? I said I don't know I can't keep up with all the different ordinances for each city and I don't check on that stuff its way too time consuming so he said he would check on it. 3 weeks later he calls back and says go ahead and do it. (Evidently without checking with the city) just in a hurry to get something up. The city said they had to come down. That’s when Kimberly Powell called raising cane ranting and raving profanity I didn't even know who she was never met her or talked to her before. She said she was going to sue me kept on talking I’m not sure what all she said but would not give me a chance to talk so I hung up and called John and I said who was that? He said don't worry about her she gets all worked up. I was like wow I guess she does. So John very politely asks me if I could come out and get the pennants down which I did for no charge. He asked if there was anything I could do for them he found out a little too late that he is allowed American Flags so I installed 12 US flags on poles with sleeves onto the post in front and side of lot at no charge and they also kept all the pennants and cable. John was very happy and thanked me for taking care of the issue. But I guess Kimberly Powell was not so she wrote a bad review. I went above and beyond to make them happy as I always do but you can't make everybody happy but I sure did try. One of my installers even bought a car from them (that’s a whole other story) you would think that they would be grateful. About the check John asked me can he get it cheaper if he pays cash when we get done with the job he doesn't have cash so he makes the check to cash without me even knowing. Last but not least I would never ever be so unprofessional as to tell a customer to go F*** themselves.
