I just had to write this. On Sunday my fridge stopped working. Just dead. I have no idea what to do. So, I call a friend and she recommended Lenny from Smart Appliance. Anyway, he came on Sunday evening. 2 hours later the milk and butter were safe. The lights came on, the freezer temperature was just right and he even explained to me what that little button next to the vegetable drawer does
The service price was very reasonable. The company does not charge for coming out on the weekend. I was very happy with the whole experience.
As far as I understand it is a smaller company and they can accommodate some personal needs, like coming out on Sunday night.
