If you would've asked me in August 2013, I would've highly recommended this company. They came out quickly and repaired my oven for a reasonable price. I began having an issue again and asked them to come service it again. At first I was told yes then when I tried to confirm the appointment they asked what they were coming for (I was communicating through email). They asked that I call them. My husband called and left a message, I called that evening and left a message. I also sent an email stating that we had both left him a message. I never received a response to the email nor the phone messages. Based on that, I would not recommend this company.
