I spent $877.00 on a chandelier which includes $175 installation fee and light bulbs...the sales associate (which is one of the owners) said I have to pay another$175 which would be $350 bc my chandelier has crystals.. I stated that is too much and can I keep the ladder and do it myself and she said yes:: the electrician was fast and courteous (took him and hour and 20 min) the electrician couldn’t find the bulbs so he said he will put them on when he comes back for the ladder(meanwhile I put up the crystals.. it took only 20 min) the owner calls me and says that the bulbs are not included and it’s going to cost me an Additional $252.. I said that the sales associate said it was included and he said no...and that it is his wife and he is not going to get in the middle of it and I have to pay(so He’s calling me a liar) I said this is unfair and he said do I want the bulb or not-I said I will purchase them somewhere else-I found 15 of them for $150.. (i only had an hour and 1/2 to find them be they were taking the ladder)..i told the electrician who was very courteous that I PUT UP all the light bulbs and the crystals and I am missing 3 light bulbs, the electrician stated he needed to leave and that the owner does not have the right light bulbs and he will come back and put up the 3 in the next couple days and it will take him maybe 15 min-.. after all of this -the owner calls and says I have to pay for the electrician to come back and put up the 3 lights.?!?!?$50.. I said I already paid for the light bulbs-u didn’t finish the job.. why would I incure more cost?.....and they stated on voicemail if I don’t want to pay the $50.. then I should rent a ladder... I am blown away by the lack of customer service.. I never called them back
