Worst Customer Service Ever Experienced!:
Our moving experience with this company was the worst experience we've ever had. Numerous problems came up and neither the Owner or the VP, both named Bill would do anything about it. Everyone kept passing the buck blaming everyone else but themselves for the problems that arose. We also found out we did not get full disclosure at the time of quote which led to many of the issues. Our move with All Points was the worst experience in customer service we've experienced. We are reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for misrepresentation and horrible customer service. We DO NOT recommend this company for any reason!!!!!
