Josh, I need to you know that my in laws are dissatisfied with the Trane air conditioner that you installed for them. Here are some of the problems that occurred A. Water leaked all over the ceiling and floor, B. the plastic drain line plugged up, C. the cooling gas leaked out two times, D. the gas piping connect to the furnace was leaking {it was a pipe that one of your guys took apart}, E. the conditioner operates all day even with it is only 88 degrees outside, F. the monthly bill use to be about 150 dollars per month with the old conditioner and now the bill is about 324 dollars per month, G. the furnace vent for the exhaust was not correctly put together {I found this out after I read all of the books that were to have come with the new conditioner and furnace} (Oh ya, you never left those books with my parents) [I had to call Trane for copies} and the problems are still going on and on etc., etc., and so on for ever. My personal advise to customers who call this joker. You are just setting your self up for him to play a joke on you. I advise you to call another company and know who you hire especially for your in laws or personal parents. John Rasmoson

My husband and I purchased a newer home in August. I called this company because of a recommendation from a neighbor. WHAT A BAD RECOMMENDATION. I remember the technician's name was Jason. He treated my home like it was his man cave party pad. My carpet was left a mess. My walls were left with marks all over the place. Thank God for Woolite carpet cleaner and Mr. Clean erasers. The system that was installed by Josh's All Service company has not operated well at all since my husband and I moved in. I ended up calling another local company. That company found out that the furnace chimney was not properly installed. Thank God also for my carbon monoxide detector. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CALLING ALL SERVICE HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING.

Stay way from all service and the secretary. Grandpa and grandma herandez had an older trane xl19i installed a few years ago. Called all service secretary and spoke with juliu. She was first off rude to my grandmother because of her accent. The tech was late for the appointment. He was not able to fix the problem either after two visits. I ended up having my friend eric romeroe repair the unit. All service still tried to charge my grand parents. Not going to happen. Do not call this company. Rude people and poor work.
