I had a yearly maintenance contract with these guys for my restaurant. They never came and did the spring check up / tune up. It got incredibly hot in Milwaukee for weeks, and our un-tuned up a/c unit's compressor went out. I called them and they were too busy to get around to their contracts. So finally they came out and told us the compressor was gone and that it would take a week or two for the part. So fast foward to 3 weeks later, they said they have the part and they will be there tuesday at 1030am. Noon tuesday comes and I called them. They said they didn't have the part and that I was not on the schedule. Then they said they have no idea where the part is. Since its been so hot in my kitchen (95-100 degrees) our walk in cooler has been working overtime and now that hasn't been working. I've lost hundreds of dollars of dough because of them. I've had employees quit because of the heat. I've spent hundreds on labor and food cost to replace the shot dough.

Beware and NEVER CALL THESE GUYS. When I called upset about them not showing up they got rude and started yelling at ME! Unbelievably bad service stay away. I will be happy to talk to anyone that has had a similar experience in order to take them to court.
