Poor Customer Communication:
1. They said they would order repair parts when they received approval from my insurance company. They did not order the parts until five days later (one day before I brought my vehicle in).
2. They claim the one of the parts was damaged (came from a GM dealer), which I do not believe and they ordered new parts which took another four days.
3. The day before completion they said that they needed some additional money to cover some damage they did not see and had to wait for insurance company approval. Approval received from insurance company.
4. Insurance company sent check by Federal Express and All Tech called and said they could not release my vehicle because the check was not the correct amount. Insurance company told me they sent the amount on the adjuster's claim form and the adjuster worked with All Tech and All Tech agreed to this amount. It turns out All Tech wanted the amount on the original estimate not the adjuster's estimate. Insurance company told me that a few shops play this game to get extra money and since they have the vehicle the insurance company has to pay to keep their client and prevent a long legal matter. It is known as EXTORTION.
5. Use All Tech with extreme caution.
