All Texas Fence was hired to repair and stain a fence outside of my home. I paid half of the total price up front, and approximately one week later a crew arrived and made the repairs (replaced a gate and several boards) and applied a thin coat of stain to the fence. The stain job looked terrible, but I assumed that they had intentions of returning and finishing the job.

Ten days later I received a phone call from the All Texas Fence representative asking when he could come by to pick up a check for the remaining balance. I responded that he would get the money when the job was completed to my satisfaction. Several days after that conversation a couple of guys showed up and applied stain to only the new boards, leaving the other 90% of the fence in the original condition.

One month, two phone calls and two emails later a group of guys came to the house and finished the job. All Texas Fence did not respond to my emails and did not return any phone calls other than to ask for payment.

Summation of complaint:

- Poor customer service
- Little concern for customers complaints
- No attempt to compensate customer for inconvenience
- Slow service (6 weeks to complete the staining of an 80 foot fence)
