With a hand shake the Internet Manager told the salesman to put a sold sign on the vehicle. Three hours later I get a call from the Internet Sales Manager that the vehicle is being test driven. He explained to me that if I gave him a deposit over the phone that he would permanently put a sold sign on the vehicle window. I agreed to this and told him I would close the deal in the morning. I get a call from the Internet Sales Manager the next morning and he tells me the car was sold even after I had given them a good faith deposit. Need I say more, you be the Judge!
