My fiancé was making a left in a turn lane when rear-ended. The driver was insured (under, but still) and was obviously at fault. This office decided to drop me because my fiancé was not on my policy. Here's the kicker...I added him 9 months prior! somehow they failed to actually add him. and because I'm paperless i did not realize this. Told them i had the email from March where i sent a copy of his DL, corporate office opened an investigation BUT apparently independent agents govern themselves. I had numerous issues with auto payments and getting the acct number switched for the account they withdrew from. finally just gave up on that and kept that acct open. there were other issues that are really very annoying also, but i don't want to seem petty on here. Not to mention their auto rates are sky high. Went to progressive and my insurance was 100$ less a month. Oh, did i forget to mention that my premium went up 70$+ a month due to a rear-end collision??
