I've been to plenty of auto shops, but it was my first time at a transmission shop, and I have to say, Allstate Transmission surprised me with their customer service! Mitch and Nicole, the owners, were supper friendly and helpful, they went way out of their way to make sure I understood everything I needed to know about my transmission, like I said, my first time at a transmission shop. I chose them to go ahead and fix the problem with my transmission, and the whole way they kept me informed of the progress. The service was much better than any auto shop I've been to, and the work they did was first class! I highly recommend them if you need any transmission work.
