Echo Park got all pseudo-fancy with 15, a nice place with an excellent prix-fixe deal. The man behind the stove even went on "Top Chef." Looks like he won't be coming back: new owners, new concept. Operated as 15 for a bit, but switched soon enough to Allston Yacht Club. Name a mystery. Food will be small plates. Naturally - Echo Park is hip, after all. Might even become a foodie destination.
