Alltex Parker Mechanical SVC

DON'T use this company. Before they start working on your appliances, you have to sign a damage waiver. Their technicians are either incompetent or novice. And once they messed up beyond repairs, they used the waiver to get out of the mess. I called them to fix my vent hood. It's a stainless steel Zephyr Savona chimney style. The tech put the tube back very crooked, but he ignored it until i pointed out to him. He came back a few days later and took the whole day fixing it. This time he put a dent on the tube. When I asked him to fix it, he made it look even worse. He promised me to get a replacement. More than a month later, Alltex called back to arrange for a replacement but they got the wrong part. When they found out the tube was discontinued, they called us back and claimed that we had signed the waiver and they aren't liable for the damage. (Why didn't they mention it before and even went as far as ordering a replacement?) After I told them I'd write up reviews on the internet, they called back and offered a very small amount (sure not enough to replace the tube) to compensate my damage. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
