Disappointing to say the least:
I have never been treated so badly by a contractor. To repair our three broken ceiling fans, one of the owners came to our home to access the damage and promised to call back with a date when they would return to do the repair. Weeks later, an appointment was set up and another employee sent. We thought the fans would be repaired or replaced when the second electrician came; however, he didn't bring a tall enough ladder or replacement ceiling fans. Therefore, they promised to come out a third time, but have never called to reschedule, nor have they returned our phone calls. A person shouldn't have to have contractors come out three times to replace broken ceiling fans. Their customer service is nonexistent. Pick another contractor...one who returns phone calls, shows up when a date and time is set and does what they say they will do. Very disappointed.
