The 3,200-square-foot Alternate Reality store is packed with about 300 new comic titles and another 200 magazines for adults and children. New comics arrive on Wednesdays and are discounted 15 percent. Various sales are held daily such as Hero of the Month and the Good Grades Club. A table gaming area in the back is used for hosting Friday night Magic: The Gathering and other regular events.

Located at the southeast corner of 111th Street and Kedzie Avenue in Chicago’s Mt.Greenwood neighborhood.
