Terrible business:
If you have no choice but to use them (thanks ASU) check your reader before you sign for it. Mine had about 50 inverted print pages that couldn't be read. The counter staff are surprising snarky and screwed up. There is nothing approaching customer service if you have a complaint, like needing to cancel an order because their website has incorrect listings. Which it still does, they never corrected them. God knows how they stay in business, just living off the ASU feed and screw everyone else. Sad.
