Do not buy a home from Altieri. They have been nothing but trouble for me. Completely disorganized and unwilling to follow through on their warranty items and items I haven't received from settlement which was over a year ago. I am completely disappointed in the service and quality. Do not purchase. If anyone else is having problems file a complaint with state attorney office and ABC 27 Call To Action (They have been very responsive). Please get on the bus with us here since we are all suffering.

Once you sign the contract, this builder will ignore you, will not handle repairs, will not answer phone calls or emails. People in my community have had to file complaints with the Attorney Generals office and BBB. Our next step is a lawsuit.
