Working in the Hearth industry for over 17 years with builders, retail customers and contractors. I really like to transition old, cold, and inefficient Hearth products into centerpieces of customers homes while providing a product that heats effectively.

Shopping for gas logs for our living room was easy, straightforward, and not complicated. Being 70 years old, I needed a little extra help and my nephew recommended Ambler. We had a great experience and would recommend them to our friends and family

Ambler Fireplace & Patio installed a gas fireplace, marble and mantel for us in Horsham, Pa. Customer service was excellent, installers very clean and salesperson knew his stuff. The entire project cost a bit more than we thought but the end result is flawless. Overall they did a fabulous job.

We had a gas insert installed yesterday and I just wanted to let everyone know the great experience we had. We had several other companies come out to say it could not be done, but Ambler Fireplace was able to do it. They were clean, friendly, and on time. Overall a great experience.

Poor coordination at every juncture. Ambler failed to order the necessary parts we ordered with our wood insert. It's been over 2 months since we made our order and the installation is still not finished.

They sent their install guys out to look at our setup and confirmed they could do the install. Installers arrived and determined they could not do the work and that our surround would not fit (despite the measurements which were previously taken).

They recommended another chimney company for the repairs, which cost us hundreds extra. We still don't have our decorative surround, it was sent out to be trimmed by a 3rd party weeks ago. They're dodging our calls.
