Our caring-dependable personnel will provide a wide spectrum of services for your loved one with services that provided. The primary care provided by AmeriBest Home Care staff is to patients at the bedside in their home. Services are rendered to the patient and/or families convenience. No time periods for service are etched in stone, therefore leaving the door open to changes and trial periods. Our first commitment is to the patient and their family members to make this time period acceptable and workable for all involved. Services can be discussed in length with a medical case coordinator to reach a secure and reasonable approach to the patients needs. Telephone conversation can be schedule as well as in the office appointments to discuss any needs. A variety of services, other than home care can be rendered as well. Private duty services at the bedside in the hospital, nursing home, staffing in physicians' office, corporation health affiliated organizations, rehab center, school, municipalities, international placement and transport, HMO, etc. The type of patients that AmeriBest Home Care will accept can range anywhere from assisting with daily morning care to Ventilator Therapy, newborn to elderly, or a patient terminally ill or rehabilitating. We will assist in any way we can and provide quality care at the highest level... Registered Nurse Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient's needs. The RN will administer medications, treatments and procedures develop and update care plans and work directly with the physician to meet the needs of the patient and family members. Licensed Practical Nurse Under supervision of an RN, the LPN will administer medications, take vital signs, assist in self-care techniques as well as perform treatments and procedures ordered by the M.D. Certified Home Health Aide Certified by the Board of Nursing, the CHHA will perform fundamental nursing tasks such as vital signs, personal hygiene, nutritional planning and light housekeeping. Companion Try our Employment section. Positions Available! Assist and supervises client with meal planning and preparation. The companion will assist, but can not do any hands on care. Live-In 24 hour patients care and supervision. Assist patients with self-care and house hold needs. Physical Therapist Assist patient with activities, including transfers, ambulation and prosthetic training in order to help prevent, identify, correct or alleviate chronic movement dysfunction. Occupational Therapist Evaluates and treats those whose abilities to cope with daily activities are impaired by development deficits, injury and illness.
