Avoid this surveyor unless looking for trouble:
Hired to survey a project and provide map. Had nothing but trouble. Each step he requires prepayment. Now we have paid him in full and is not producing his work. I will take him to court and will pull his license. By the way he has record/s at www.pels.ca.gov
