Work not completed and money not returned!!:
We paid for work to be done in a timely manner & it's now almost 4 months later and the work hasn't even been started. Multiple attempts to get our money back have proved futile. I understand he has had some health issues, but it is very unprofessional to break promises and not return calls and return money when requested multiple times.
We hired the company in March 2017 and waited for almost 3 months for the work to be completed. In July 2017, we requested multiple times for our money to be returned. We are still waiting for our money. The contractor kept missing appointments, making promises and then breaking them, not returning my calls and so far has kept our money. Do not hire this company/contractor.

Run, don't walk from this contractor!!!:
I would say run....don't walk away from this contractor. This has by far been the worst experience dealing with a contractor ever! I will start from the beginning. This was a job that shouldnt have taken over 2 to 3 weeks MAXIMUM! We needed a roof replacement, siding replaced, a few outside and storm doors changed, a small amount of painting done around the trims and 2 outside buildings hauled away. It took 2 months to get this job done and that was with constant calls. I can say Jack (the owner) quckly asked for half of the money upfront (to purchase supplies which I don't recommend anyone else doing) and got the roof done asap. Then the problems began. I can't tell you how many times during this 2 month process we were told that the crew would be out the next day to do something, and it may be three days before someone showed up. Of course, there were always excuses of someone being sick etc etc. What truly happens is this man has several jobs going on at one time and I think he rotates the crew. I believe he sends the crew where they have to be to try and keep the current person happy. When someone really gets mad, he pulls the crew and sends them to your house. I agree with the other review that when we first contracted with him, anytime I called, he would answer his cell on the first call. After he got his money, we had trouble getting him to call at all. Midway thru the job, he requested the remaining part of the money to finish with the supplies (yes, I know....big mistake). The job eventually got done, though the painting doesnt look good at all. If you hire this contractor, I would make sure you supervise the work because his crew doesnt seem to have a lot of knowledge about putting up simple storm doors etc. I would stay away!!!!!!
