A disorganized bunch of scoundrals, to say the least!:
Never showed up to take my daughter home from a party. I had called and confirmed several times because I was worried. They had no excuse when I called to find out what happened and seemed indifferent about the whole situation.

Stay completely away from these guys...:
I had called American Dream Limousine to arrange for a pick-up of my elderly mother from a wedding. A half hour later, my older brother escorted my mother outside the venue towards the car. I had given my brother my credit card to pay the driver. While outside on the sidewalk, my mother was offered a trip home from another family member (because she is elderly, this family member offered to bring her right to her door, which a car service driver does not do). When this happened, my brother politely told the driver from American Dream that their services were no longer needed. At this point, the driver became angry and demanded full payment for the fare. He bullied my brother (an older gentleman) into not only paying for the full fare, but he demanded a tip as well! My brother was intimidated by the driver and gave him my card (bear in mind that the company had absolutely NO personal or payment information from me yet). The driver then wrote out a credit card slip for the full fare and he added a tip for himself. I called the company 10 minutes later, after the driver had left. I explained my displeasure to the dispatcher (he said his name was "TJ"). Unfortunately, the dispatcher was unsympathetic and offered no apology or resolution. This entire episode was deplorable. The company NEVER told me that they would do this and the dispatcher, TJ, offered no cancellation policy at the time of the original call. This incident goes beyond the usual late car or unclean car complaints. We deal with alot in NY but this was just downright wrong.
