We just had our home made more energy efficient with the installation of your radiant barrier and attic insulation. Within 24 hours of installation, we have already experienced the difference in our home It is way more comfortable and the heat now doesn't come on very much even at night when it is really cold. I expect the same thing in summer with less ac runnung. We are so pleased with the utility bill savings we get. We look forward to doing business with you again in the future when we get new windows. Our new windows were installed in July of this year. The American Eagle crew was both professional and fast. The windows really updated our house - it was built in 1967 and still had the original windows. My wife really like being able to vent the windows from the top, our old house has high ceilings and we can get that heat out without the air conditioner running. What like best is the incredible drop in our electric bills. Our June bill was $435.00, July dropped to $364., and Aug, the first full month, our bill was $286.
We are very pleased and would certainly recommend American Eagle to anyone wanting quality windows.

We purchased energy efficient windows from this company. Despite the promise that we would save 20-25% on our summer energy cost it seems to rise every year since the installation. They also did a poor job of installing the windows. The paint is peeled around the edges, gouges in the drywall and smeared non matching caulk around the windows. They say that someone will contact me but after several attempts no one has yet.

In addition they said that they want to make sure that if the house was destroyed that the insurance claim would pay them too. This is a shady tactic saying "We are putting a mechanics lean on your house and we will not lift it for any reason unless we are paid off" I am trying to refinance for a 3.25% interest rate and I was told by Nikki that if I setup auto draft payments and have my agent show that I am not making any money off the deal that they will sign the subordination. They are refusing to sign it after I complied. I wish I recorded this conversation with them.

I have also made requests for their Bonding Agent contact and name. Plus the disclosure form of subcontractors and material suppliers that are required by law. They refuse to reply.

Oh and I don't see how its fair for someone to give their own company a 5 Star rating..... I am willing to bet they are scamming on that too. Its funny how they get three 5 star ratings two days in a row but all of the others are one star. I would give them Zero stars if I could.

We love the windows and insulation American Eagle builders did for us. They cut down the outside noise by about 70% and our electric bill went down 123.00 dollars. These windows are so easy to open and clean. The crew, steve and his guys, did a great job and the office folks were nice also. Glad we did it.
