American Family Martial Arts

This martial arts center focuses on the health benefits and spiritual development associated with martial arts.  The facility is a large, airy room with lots of mirrors.  It offers Tai Chi, Tai Chi for seniors, and Kung Fu classes.  The classes are led by 61-year old instructor Carlan Steward, who has focused on Chinese martial arts heavily for the last 35 years.
