I called this company after receiving a sample of the product as requested which went out very quickly. But, when I called, the reception was bad and I could barely hear him. He started yelling at me and stated that he would never allow me to purchase his product or purchase from anyone else. He then hung up. So I was thinking that he misunderstood who I was so the next day I called back. He stated he didn't want to talk about it. I didn't have the name of the product I wanted to know more about in front of me and he got mad again. Said that he wouldn't sell to me and that I would have to find something elsewhere, then hung up.
I am very disappointed in this as this is an American made product and that is where I wanted our money to go. Now we will have to find something else.
